The NEOREST EW Washlet combines technological innovations with the clear, streamlined TOTO design. After all, you shouldn’t see the technology in the bathroom of tomorrow. You should just experience it.
The design concept of the NEOREST Series is all about integration, so the advanced technologies are incorporated, though hardly visible to the naked eye. The products flat lines are unobtrusive, neatly matching each other and fitting into any bathroom atmosphere.

The NEOREST EW WASHLET sprays the toilet bowl with electrolysed water. This antibacterial water prevents waste from accumulating. The NEOREST AC WASHLET features a toilet bowl coated with a special zirconium coating. The hydrophilic properties of this coating ensure that waste and bacteria are effectively eliminated. The UV light integrated in the lid combines with the zirconium coating to trigger a decomposition process, making a toilet brush unnecessary. The toilet cleans itself and stays clean and hygienic.

The NEOREST WASHLETs also have a number of other convenient features, such as a sensor-based lid that opens and closes automatically, heated seat, a deodoriser to absorb unpleasant odours, and a dryer that can be activated as desired.

TOTO technology Explained

Washlet

WASHLET Technology incorporates a unique wand that allows water to be used for personal cleaning in a way that leads to a completely new level of hygiene and comfort. The warm water cleans far more effectively than paper ever could. Its temperature and flow are easily adjusted by remote control, and the wand self-cleans before and after every use. The energy-saving mode can also be activated to increase efficiency.

Every aspect of WASHLET Technology, including the angle at which the water flows – with settings for front and rear cleansing – has been refined to perfection. It is the world’s most evolved toilet technology; the epitome of how Clean Technology enhances the bathroom experience.

EWATER+

The WASHLET sprays the ceramic with a fine mist of water. The reason: Less sticks to a moist ceramic surface than a dry one. After use, the toilet is sprayed with electrolysed processed water, also known as ewater+. This water has an antibacterial effect. This antibacterial water thoroughly cleans the toilet. Regular water is electrolysed to give it a slightly acidic pH value. The ewater+ is completely environmentally friendly and can be returned to the water cycle without worry.

Tornado Flush

Tornado Flush is an integral feature in every new TOTO toilet. This completely new flushing system cleans and flushes both the rim and bowl in an innovative way.

It does this by reimagining the way a toilet flushes. Instead of letting water pour down from the rim as in a traditional flush, the Tornado Flush projects three powerful jets of water from inside the bowl. This motion creates a whirlpool effect that cleans the entire surface. As well as cleaning far more thoroughly than any other flush system, it is quiet and water-efficient.

Tornado Flush toilets have a rimless design, so there is no place for dirt and germs to hide, making for a more attractive, more hygienic toilet. It is also much easier to clean because of the CeFiONtect glaze.

CeFiONtect

CeFiONtect is a glaze applied to all TOTO ceramic products, leaving them with a long-lasting finish that prevents the build-up of mould, limescale and waste matter.

The technology used in CeFiONtect has redefined the idea of a clean ceramic surface. It’s impossible to see with the naked eye, but untreated ceramics have rough, imperfect surfaces. Under a microscope they look like mountain ranges: no matter how much you clean them, bacteria will always build up in their ridges and crevices. With CeFiONtect, we are able to ensure perfectly smooth surfaces to which very little dirt can stick.

Because CeFiONtect is applied before the ceramics are fired, it is far more resilient than glazes applied after firing. In effect it is a longer-lasting shield for surfaces that makes them clean by nature.

Auto Functions

For a bathroom to be comfortable, it has to ease the stress of everyday life. TOTO’s NEOREST series does just that with its range of integrated, automatic, sensor-activated functions, including the self-opening and -closing toilet lid, the automatic air purifier and the self activating flush.

These auto functions not only provide ease of use and convenience, but also another key benefit: There’s no need to touch the toilet, increasing the level of hygiene in the bathroom.

Caring for your washlet

The CeFiONtect glaze makes ceramics far easier to clean. There are practically no special cleaning instructions for this very hard, durable and smooth surface, which can stand up to pressure washers, disinfectants and aggressive non abrasive cleansers.
In most cases, the ceramic surface should be cleaned regularly with a clean, moist cloth. If it is necessary to use a cleanser, we recommend a slightly acidic cleanser with vinegar or citric acid to prevent lime scale, or an alkaline cleanser to eliminate oils and fats.
TOTO always recommends using cleansers without abrasives. Please avoid using aggressive cleansers to help the environment.
You can use any conventional toilet bowl cleaner and a toilet brush for your toilet.

Delivery Information

The cost of delivery is automatically calculated at the checkout based on the weight and size of the items you have ordered, your delivery address, and the value of the order. If your address is within our local area in Northamptonshire your order will be delivered by Bell’s in-house delivery team. For customers living outside this area we use specialist courier services, Parcelforce and PC Howard. Please ensure that the access available to your property is adequate. Do not forget to consider the following factors that may prevent us from completing a standard delivery: parking restrictions; delivery vehicle size restrictions; restricted access into property due to the size of the ground floor entrance; restricted access within the property to the intended delivery location. Such factors may require alternative delivery methods for which, in most cases, there is an additional charge. For larger, palletised items the delivery service is kerbside only, please make sure you have made adequate arrangements. The delivery person may be able to leave your product in a garage or garden if access allows. In some cases a signature will be required on receipt of goods, if this can not be obtained then this will result in a failed delivery and an additional charge will be applied for a re-delivery. Delivery Time-scales

Most of our orders are dispatched from our Northampton warehouse but some items are delivered directly by the manufacturer; either way you will be contacted directly by a member of our team to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Many of our products are in stock at our warehouse but some need to be ordered from our suppliers; you can usually expect to receive your order in 7-10 working days but some bespoke products and out of stock items may take longer to arrive. If you have particular delivery requirements please call 01604 777504 to discuss them. As well as being able to fast-track some orders we are also able to keep orders on hold if you want to delay delivery until a more convenient time.

Please note: Your order will only be dispatched when all items included in the order are available. Delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. The carrier shall be relieved of its obligation to perform the contract to the extent that the performance is prevented by failure of the customer, fire, weather conditions, industrial dispute, labour disturbance or cause beyond the reasonable control of the carrier.

Delivery Charges

Your delivery charge is worked out based on your delivery address and the size, weight, and value of your order; to calculate this cost please add the items to your basket and enter your postcode and county. No purchase is necessary, this will simply generate an accurate delivery charge. Orders over £1000 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses.

Click and Collect

For customers who are able to visit our showroom in Northampton we offer a free collection service. If you would prefer to collect your order please select “Collection (Northamptonshire) (Free)” at the checkout; collection and delivery options will appear after you input your billing address. Once your order has been placed we will process it and place any necessary purchase orders with our suppliers. If the items are already in stock you will be contacted to inform you that your order is ready to collect. If they are out of stock we will place an order with our supplier and notify you as soon as it comes in to our warehouse.

When collecting please bear in mind the size and weight of your order compared to that of your vehicle and ensure you will have adequate space to safely transport the product. Our transport team will be able to help you load your vehicle at Bell but you will need sufficient man-power to unload it at home. The address for collection is:

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Bell. However, if you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable (*certain restrictions apply), we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected. To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 28 days of delivery.

Goods can be returned to our store for a refund, exchange or credit (for use in-store only). You will need to show your order confirmation as proof of purchase. If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Bell is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. If you require Bell to arrange a collection then a charge will be incurred for each consignment. Damaged/Faulty Goods:
